Happy to oblige!
What seems to work for me, is to use enough water for
boiling so that they're well-covered. I usually boil
'em for 20 minutes; then I then drain 'em & replace
the boiling water with ice-cold water [yes, I have
been known to add ice to the fresh water & give 'em a
real chilled bath].
If there's additional time, I dry them off & chill
them awhile in the fridge. But I think the secret to
non-stick shells is the immediate temperature change.
Anyway, I've had really good results with this method!
Hafta run out the door to work....double shift today.
