Patty - My way is a little different. I bring eggs to a boil for 7 
minutes, then run cold water over them, let them sit, drain, run cold over 
them again. Whether I peel right away or a day later, it's still a no 
stick shell.

Can you guys please give me those helpful tips on making unblemished 
deviled eggs....I seem to have lost the suggestions from last year and I
