Patty-

My method is like Steph's. Cover eggs completely. boil about 7-10 minutes,
drain, run cold water over, then let it sit in cold water (changing water as
it warms up). Mary's is good too, putting ice in the water. The key is to
cool the eggs as quickly as possible. Good luck. Now I'm in the mood for
deviled eggs. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ONE AND ALL !

Kady

Patty - My way is a little different. I bring eggs to a boil for 7
minutes, then run cold water over them, let them sit, drain, run cold over
them again. Whether I peel right away or a day later, it's still a no stick
shell.
  Peace out - Steph

Can you guys please give me those helpful tips on making unblemished
deviled eggs....I seem to have lost the suggestions from last year and I am,
again, in charge of them this year!

    Thanks,
    Patti
