Back from wanderings afar and see that Marvin is still whooping. Perhaps a month or so in a warm, sunny climate with a steady supply of umbrella topped cocktails would finally drive the evil spirits from your body. Congratulations on your publication. It's a good lead-up to the baseball story and should get the old creative juices flowing. 
 
Russ, wasn't your father the one who two or three times a year was telling me to turn my head and cough? Like my father, he probably didn't see a heck of a lot of whooping cough in his practice. Back then, it was usually an annual bout with bronchitis or some such ailment. Hope you get your e-mail gremlins worked out.
