[Otclassof1973] Stones Paraphernalia

Hi Patti - I was already wearing my Stones in Concert T-shirt and an unusual
necklace that I had picked up 5 days earlier at a flea market in Ocean
Grove. Its made of an old "Half & Half" bottle cap and on the inside is a
postage stamp-size picture of Mick singing into the microphone. To complete
my ensemble I did make one purchase while tailgating in the parking lot. I
bought a little, red, flashing "Tongue" pin and proudly wore it all night.
It was pretty cool inside the stadium when the lights went down and you saw
all of these little pins flashing all around. I haven't yet found another
appropriate occasion to wear it. But I will.
And Marvin, I didn't catch that concert on HBO but a while back I did catch
a Stones concert broadcast on PBS, our channel 13. It was quite a surprise
and one of the best nights of TV that I've ever seen. And yes, I recorded it
too and also will again.
